Meteosense is an informational biometeorology tool. It estimates when environmental factors — such as atmospheric pressure, geomagnetic and space weather, temperature, humidity, wind, and the Moon — may affect how a person feels, and learns your personal sensitivity over time.
Meteosense does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its output is for informational and educational purposes only and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about any health concern or persistent symptoms, and never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something shown in the App. Do not use the App for medical emergencies — contact emergency services.
Environmental data is obtained from third-party sources (including Apple WeatherKit and NOAA/SWPC). We do not create this data and cannot guarantee that it, or any score, forecast, or insight derived from it, is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The App is provided for general informational use only.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
If the App offers paid features through a subscription:
24 hours before the end of the current period.
Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled according to Apple's policies.
The App, including its design, text, graphics, mascots, and scoring model, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or reliance on its output.
We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
